The food was decent, especially cereal and toast for breakfast. The location was marvellous and decent to the Strafford shopping mall, you may take train on Wanstead Park train station within 10 minutes walk from here....

Price, location, free parking.
Next time I will book an en-suite room on the ground floor. The room I had last Wednesday was really basic, upstairs (I struggled with the stairs), and with shared bathroom facilities. The bathroom was one of the worst I had ever seen, and the shower positively the worst: there was only a trickle of water, and no soap or shower gel! I recommend the hotel, but only the en-suite rooms - stay clear of the shared facilities, they are vile!

The hotel is one of the cheapest in the area but the standard is much better then other hotels. I think they have had a makeover recently and it looks very nice. The bathroom had a rainfall shower which was a nice touch....

Beds were good, breakfast was good, receptionist was kind.
There was almost no pressure on the water (shower)

Close to Elizabeth line stop, proximity to McDonald's across the road, good location for local transport access
Rooms could greatly benefit from basic maintenance like hooks in the bathroom!!! Basic facilities like a single bath towel are hardly sufficient!!! Carpet and wall repairs would.

Staff were very friendly. As visiting for Olympics I took liberty of asking if I could leave car in their parking on day I booked out. Staff only too happy to let me leave car for day. Top marks to them....

I visited several hotels in the same road and this was the most elegant hotel and the prices were better as well. The staff was friendly, my bed was always neat and my room clean and tidy.
Good value for money

The only thing was that the bed was comfortable but the room smelt like maybe the guests before had been smoking in it?
We booked a delux double room but there was a single bed in there as well making it quite cramped.the toilet seat didnt fit the toilet, the handle on the shower was not fitting properly the screws had come loose, the units in the room were very worn.we came back to the hotel in the evening and went to the bar for a drink when we asked for ice in our drinks we were told that the ice had finished . at breakfast there wasnt any cups for tea or glasses for fruit juices at the point that we go there there was not any sausages and there was not any cutlery either
